Under no circumstances buy a suite from this shower. Forrest Furnishings/Sterling. I ordered a suite in July this year and it was delivered on the 19th October. After only being in my home for not even a fortnight I had reported problems with it. They sent out a technician from Emmiera who Inspected this suite, he was shown the fabric issues and heard the constant popping from the suite when you sat down and got back up again. But sent a report back to Forrest to say that our claim is invalid and there was nothing wrong with it. It has been constant emails back and forth and we are getting nowhere even though I have taken advice from my local citizens advice and they said under the consumer right act 2015 if we think the suite is lacking quality and not fit for purchase then we have rights to send the goods back. Honestly do not touch this company.

Visit for new 3and2 settees. Staff very helpful. Karen answered and catered for all our queries exceptionally well. Great service.

completely let down by Forrest Furnishings Glasgow. sold me 2 leather chairs which allegedly both got damaged in their warehouse, despite being delivered from 2 different locations. this was also after we delayed our delivery. we then recalled the sales person mentioning that they shouldn't have sold a chair 'off the shop floor' Forrest offered to replace them with at the increased non sale price !!

Lots to choose from. Staff don't bother you when looking round, which I really appreciate. However, when assistance is required, the staff member who helped me and my mum was friendly, helpful and engaged well with my mum. The only down side is the wait but hey ho that's the way of the world.

Went to look at sofas, returned on second visit, staff remembered us and what we had been looking at. Purchased sofa. Assistant was there to help but not pushy.

Went looking for a chair and a footstool we saw one online and it was on the sale when we got there the sale tags were on but when we spoke to assistant we were told "oh don't know how they got on they are tye wrong price seriously very poor advertising we went somewhere else got it much cheaper

Bought a 3 seated sofa with one armchair and two stored foot stools cost over two grand not worth the money only had it a short time and the sofa started to sink and it is so uncomfortable that I am thinking of looking for some thing else
